Message from the Chair

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is with great honour we welcome you all to the 11TH International Conference for Upcoming Engineers (ICUE'12), to be held at Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada’s leader in innovative, career-focused education and a university clearly on the move. It is a distinctly urban university located in downtown Toronto, Canada.

The ICUE was initiated by members of Ryerson University in 2001 to explore different options after graduation and to network with successful professionals in various engineering fields. To benefit upcoming engineers from a wide range of locations, the conference has been hosted by different universities each year. And for the second consecutive year, the IEEE student branch at Ryerson University is proud to be hosting the ICUE conference for the fourth time.

The objective of ICUE 2012 is to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, and industrial speakers involved in all prominent areas of electrical and computer engineering to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views on the future research directions. The conference includes different themes that are in line with the research prospects in Engineering field for various real-time applications. Further, ICUE 2012 will include Design Project Competitions, Paper Presentations and prizes for winners (certificates and cash awards).

We feel great privilege in welcoming you all to participate in the conference by submitting your design works in the form of project and paper contributions.

We look forward to personally meeting you at ICUE 2012.

Best Regards,
